The Disposable Virus Sampling Tube (Inactivated) is intended for the collection, storage, and transport of nucleic acid in viruses. It is an in vitro diagnostic medical device designed for professional use. It contains buffer solution and protein denaturation reagents like guanidine isothiocyanate. The protein denaturation reagents can rapidly lyse cells and denature viral proteins to obtain the inactivated virus and the released nucleic acids of the virus. The high concentration of guanidine salt with a suitable buffer solution can inhibit the nuclease activity and effectively protect the integrity of nucleic acids. The nuclease-free tube has been adopted, which does not contain nuclease. And it can further ensure nucleic acid safety.
