Product Information
The Monkeypox Virus Real Time PCR Detection Kit is a real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test intended for the qualitative detection and differentiation of nucleic acid from Monkeypox virus in serum and lesion exudate specimens. The test is intended for use as an aid in the rapid diagnosis of Monkeypox virus. Positive results are indicative of Monkeypox virus, clinical correlation history and other diagnostic information is necessary to determine infection status. Negative results do not preclude Monkeypox virus infection and should not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment, or other medical management decisions. The test provides a preliminary test result only, the final confirmation should be based on clinical diagnostic results.
Key Advantages
High Sensitivity: 200 copies/ml
Efficient: 96 samples/30mins
Endogenous Internal Control: RNase P gene as internal control to monitor sample quality, nucleic acid extraction procedure and detection of the PCR reaction
Component
Storage Condition
-30~-15℃
